FAQs

How much do you charge?

The price of our DJ services varies based on the amount of hours requested, the type of event, equipment requested and additional services. To get an estimate of your costs, you can get an Instant Quote by [clicking here] and filling in the necessary information about your event. One of our DJs will then reach out to you to confirm your package selection and the price you were quoted.

What’s your cancellation policy?

91+ Days From Event – If you cancel more than 90 days from your event, you will remain in good standing with the DJ and any payments or deposits will be applied toward DJ services on another date within 2 years of your original event date.
22-90 Days From Event – If you cancel within 22-90 days of your event date, the purchaser(s) will forfeit their full security deposit as liquidated damages.
0-21 Days From Event – If you cancel within 21 days of your event date, the Purchaser(s) are responsible for the full price of the event, unless the DJ books another client in place of your event.

Why am I responsible for the full price of the event if I cancel within 21 days?

Our DJs spend the equivalent of a 40 hour work week preparing for events. If you cancel within 21 days of your event, the DJ will have already prepared all of the necessary paperwork, completed consultations and prepared music selections and scripts for announcements. With such short notice, the DJ will most likely not be able to schedule another gig within that time frame. If the DJ is able to schedule a gig on your event date, you are only held responsible for the 30% security deposit.

What is a glowing DJ booth?

A glowing DJ booth is a bright façade that surrounds the DJ to light up the dance floor area with any solid color(s) of your choice. This brings attention to the DJ and the dance floor and is a great touch for every event. The glowing DJ booth is included with every Wedding DJ Package and most other packages. Be sure to ask your DJ about the glowing DJ booth!

Do you offer Professional MC/Emcee Services?

Of course! Our DJs understand the headache and frustration with planning an event and making sure it goes smoothly. That’s why we like to be involved with your party as much as possible! We will coordinate your announcements, keep your event on schedule and bring a positive, fun & professional attitude for your big day! Our DJs have tons of Emcee experience from weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Whatever the occasion, we have you covered!

Be sure to ask about our 2-person DJ & MC service! This is great for clients that want a fully interactive emcee throughout the night. Our 2-person package is beneficial for larger events so you can have a DJ and a separate MC to create a recipe for fun and smooth success!

What is uplighting?

We’re glad you asked! Uplighting is a bright LED light that can be projected from the floor to the ceiling along the wall. Multiple uplights create a stunning look and will completely transform a room. You can choose from almost any solid color(s). If you are interested in this service, please contact your DJ directly or discuss this with them at your consultation for the best prices and options.

*Please note, uplighting is not a dance floor lighting package. Dance floor lighting is automatically included with your DJ service. Uplighting is considered an optional service – which is highly recommended for wedding receptions, balls, corporate events and premium events with 150 guests or more.
